Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• certain items, such as personalized, intimate, or final sale items, are non-returnable (this will be noted in the product description)

Return Process

1. Contact Us- Email us at theblendedwillow@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return

2. Wait for Approval- We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible. Since these items ship from different suppliers, return address may vary.

3. Ship the Item- You are responsible for return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange- Once the supplier confirms receipt and approves the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or send out your exchange. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect.

Damage or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue We will work with the supplier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because we order from different suppliers and shipments are processed quickly, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once your order is placed. Please double-check your order before submitting.
